Artist Alley Registration for AM² 2013 will be starting this Friday!
Less than a week until the convention! There has been some confusion regarding our convention attendance policies. We wanted to make it clear to everyone (so you can go tell your friends as well) that we are a FREE CONVENTION TO ATTEND. There is NO BADGE PURCHASE REQUIREMENT! There are only a few badge required events here (am2con.org/paid-pass-events/). Save your money to support our artists and exhibitors!

Hello Everyone,

We have finished making the artist alley layout and have assigned tables. All of the artists should have received an email with a picture of the layout and where they will be seated. We are currently trying to accommodate as table switches, so we have not posted the layout publicly yet, but many of the artists have already have :) Please visit their respective pages to see where they are seated. Very soon, we will be posting the layout both here and on our main website, so you will know where they will be seated. We also plan to put a map at the entrance of the artist alley, so any attendee that has not printed out the layout can find their favorite artist that way.

If any artists have any concerns about their seating position, please email artistalley@am2con.org. We will try to accommodate table changes, but it would be easier if you could find an artist you want to switch with and then both contact us at that email :)

We just wanted to keep everyone updated that we have shut off artist alley registration and have opened up a waitlist for any stragglers that might still want to participate (we may find tables for them, but they will not have better positioning than the people that have already registered/paid).

We have completed designing the artist alley layout and are in the process of assigning artists to specific tables. This may take some time (the artist alley manager is working hard on it) because there are quite a few requests to sit next to friends and we are definitely try to accommodate as many of these as possible, especially the big groups! As usual, if there are any questions, please post a comment here or email artistalley@am2con.org.

Hey Everyone! We will be closing off our artist alley 2012 sales soon and moving to a waitlist within the next week. When this happens, we will start drawing out the table layout and assigning tables to our artists. If anyone has any suggestions on how they think the layout should be, feel free to post here.

Also, if you haven't gotten your table assignment requests in, please email them to artistalley@am2con.org. Please note that we will try to fulfill as much as possible, but due to logistics, not all of them can be worked out (Many requesting table facing entrance, for example). As a clarification, with so many people requesting entrances, etc. those are to be chosen by random lottery. Requests that you'd like to table next to friends will definitely be considered, so be sure to get those in!
